Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled pool enclosures, screen rooms, and glass room installation crew. Your crew will be responsible for completing high-quality installations of pool enclosures and screen rooms on both one and two-story properties. The role also involves working on walkable roofs. If your crew has a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and relevant experience, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Install pool enclosures, screen rooms, and glass rooms in residential settings.
Work on both single-story and multi-story properties, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
Perform work on walkable roofs, ensuring safe and effective installation.
Collaborate with other crew members to ensure timely completion of projects.
Read and follow blueprints and project specifications to ensure high-quality work.
Utilize tools and equipment safely and effectively to install enclosures and screen rooms.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring that tools and materials are properly stored.
Communicate effectively with supervisors and clients to ensure satisfaction and project progress.
Adhere to company safety standards and local regulations.
Requirements:
Proven experience in pool enclosures, screen rooms, or glass room installation.
Comfortable working on walkable roofs and with heights.
Ability to work on both 1-story and 2-story properties.
Strong knowledge of materials and techniques for enclosure installation.
Ability to read and understand blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
Strong physical stamina and ability to perform physically demanding tasks.
Must have reliable transportation to and from job sites.
Safety-conscious with a focus on job site safety.
Ability to work well within a team environment and independently when required.
Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy materials.
Valid driver’s license preferred.
