We are a complete Wood Working Shop and Sawmill
Building and, or Wood Shop experience.
We are looking for carpenters and Helpers with general building exp. With or without their own tools that can complete several improvement projects on sight at Woodmasters Saw Mill.
And I've been having a hell of a time finding someone who knows what their doing.
It's always been hard to find
Good guys over the years.
But I think the younger people today don't have the same opertunity to learn the skills it takes to become a carpenter like there was when I was young.
Anyway here's what we got
There's some Framing,
Trim Work,
Fencing,
Some Wood Siding,
Cabinet Install,
Build a Stable,
Crawford Ceiling or hollow Beam Installation.
Frame a section of first floor decking.
Re-deck a second floor existing exterior balcony.
Scab some fatigued 2×12 floor joist and re-deck with new 2×6 PT.
There's also a old school looking bathroom that's actually new that needs completing.
There's about 600 square. Ft. Of 1 by wood planking to be laid on the second floor of the barn. Probably use 1×8s or 10s.
Got a knee wall going on the balcony and a hand framed roof above. Metal roofing over that.
Gonna build a bar upstairs of the barn and set a pool table up there.
Need to build a real cool looking gate at the entrance that I have picked out.

So I'm looking for somebody to finish the things I started in my forties and still not done.
And now I'm in my dam sixties. I'm supposed to be retiring and going fishing.
What the hell
So I figure a guy that's been around awhile and a helper stays on these projects full time. I can get it done.
I have a complete Wood Shop and we also have a Sawmill.
We specialize in Live Edge Hardwood Lumber and Furniture and Slab Wood.
I've been swamped every since I started building Solid Wood Tables and that type of furniture.
Plus sawing lumber.
I'm not gonna run short on lumber that's for sure.

We Also the Historical House in the front of the shop was built in 1937 and a couple other buildings. I think there's 6 structures on the property and they all need work.
I figure a man should have his own tools
