Your primary job would be to work with our purchasing team acting as a secondary point of contact for new and current vendors. Your main responsibilities will include tracking deliveries and updating our internal database with order details(dates, vendors, quantities, discount pricing and purchase order entry)
Required skills/abilities:
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Data entry experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
