Part Time Property Manager

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT OFFICE located in Ormond Beach serving all of East Volusia County is interviewing for a part time property manager. Time may be 3 to 5 hours per week showing properties and doing property checks on existing rentals. We pay $250 when property is leased, we supply the qualified lead and handle the paperwork, all you do it show the property and give potential renter the information sheet. We compensate you for gas expense as it may take three showings to rent a unit. We pay $50.00 for each property check. Average showings is 2 per month, same for property checks, so your monthly income could be $600 to $800. Current Florida real estate license is required and residence within 20 miles of Ormond Beach is also required. You will have use of our office as a home base when needed. Start date would be January 1, 2025. Our service area is from Port Orange to Ormond, all of Daytona Beach west to Highridge Estates. Please send us your information via Craigslist replies. Thank you.
