Looking for Showing Agent for Build to Rent Community (Ormond Beach)
Looking for a licensed real estate agent to assist with showing rental homes in the Ormond Grand Community! The community is owned by Ark Homes for Rent.
The community is a new build. $400 lease fee per leased unit. Lease fees are paid after the resident moves in.
We are looking for a hungry agent that will be actively showing and marketing the community to help get leases. We also pay $50 per hour up to 2 hours for open houses once a week.
Our team assists with applicant issues, questions, and approvals etc. Your main job would be to go and show!
