Job Type: Part-Time (Morning Shift)

Hours: 8:00 AM - 1 PM, Monday - Friday

With a reputation for excellence and a commitment to superior customer service, we are looking for a dedicated Office Administrator / Customer Service Representative to join our team in Palm Coast, Florida.

Job Description:

As an Office Administrator / Customer Service Representative at Elite Marine Construction, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and a critical part of our office team. Your main goal will be to provide outstanding customer service and support our office operations to enhance productivity and enable smooth workflows.

Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction:

Answer phone calls, respond to customer inquiries, and provide detailed information about our services.

Schedule appointments and update appointment calendars.

Follow-up on inquiries, quotes, and service requests with potential and existing customers.

Administrative Support:

Perform clerical duties including typing, filing, and photocopying.

Maintain and update customer records and documentation.

Assist in the preparation and dissemination of correspondence, forms, and reports.

Help organize and maintain office common areas.

Data Entry and Management:

Enter data accurately into databases for billing and documentation purposes.

Manage email and mail correspondence; ensure timely distribution and responses.

Collaboration and Team Support:

Liaise with various departments to ensure compliance with company policies and operational efficiency.

Participate in team meetings and support other staff members with administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in Office Administration is a plus.

Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or relevant role.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular).

Experience with administrative and clerical procedures.

Able to work independently and prioritize tasks.
