Job Title: Wedding & Event DecoratorLocation: Crystal Ballroom Ocean Walk in Daytona BeachEmployment Type: Full-TimeCompensation: Training Period (First 90 Days): $17/hour Post-Training Pay: $20–$25/hour based on experience and performance Position Overview:Crystal Ballroom is seeking a talented and passionate Wedding & Event Decorator to join our creative design team. This full-time role requires a detail-oriented individual with an artistic eye and hands-on skills in event design, floral arrangement, and team leadership. You’ll work closely with clients and our in-house décor team to transform visions into stunning reality.Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with clients during design meetings to capture their vision Create and execute room layouts for weddings, receptions, and special events Work with both fresh and silk florals to build customized arrangements and centerpieces Oversee the décor setup and breakdown process to ensure quality and timeliness Manage, guide, and motivate the decorating team during event installations Maintain inventory of décor items and assist with staging and storage Ensure all designs meet Crystal Ballroom brand standards and exceed client expectations Requirements: Strong eye for design, style, and color coordination Hands-on experience with floral design, especially silk arrangements Ability to read and execute room layouts and event design plans Excellent communication and client interaction skills Ability to lead a team and manage time effectively in fast-paced environments Weekend availability required Why Join Crystal Ballroom?
