The ideal person would have a solid knowledge of remodeling and carpentry.

Job Opportunity: Trim Carpenter / Punch Out / Renovation Professional
Starting pay will be $22+ per hour, depending on experience
Location: Daytona
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week
Employment Type: 1099 Subcontractor (Steady income, paid monthly)
We are seeking a skilled Trim Carpenter / Punch Out / Renovation Professional to join our team in Daytona. This position offers a dynamic opportunity to work within a multi-year contract, providing services to a development comprising approximately 4,000 homes.
Responsibilities:
Perform a variety of tasks including but not limited to:
Repairing and adjusting doors
Trim repair and replacement
Changing cabinet doors (materials provided by others)
Caulking
Painting
Small stucco repairs
Window and trim repairs
Removing faucets
Replacing broken brick pavers
Drywall repairs
Drywall Texture
Cleaning or repairing small fixtures inside and outside the house
MUST be willing and capable of utilizing technology effectively (Housecall Pro), for job management
Maintain clear communication and professionalism with clients and team members
Adhere to company standards and procedures
Uphold a clean record and pass a background check
Represent the company professionally while performing tasks
Requirements:
Possess own tools
Fluent in English
Willingness to sign a non-compete agreement with our company
Familiarity with technology; ability to utilize our designated app for job management
Capability to operate a work vehicle (van) provided by the company
