Professional painters needed

I'm looking for professional painters please no handyman no subs. must have more than 3 years experience must have proff of companys work before must have own sprayer,ladder,rolling tools and brush.the job is to do exterior repaint no soffit or facial will be painted only walls and trim this job is by production so you must be fast attention to detail their will be three person per house so two houses must be done each day no slacking off.the first hour you will be observed to see your experience and performance if you pass you will stay if you don't you will be sent home with no pay so please don't waist your time or mine if you are not a professional fast painter.working hours will be 8:00am to 5:00 pm.the payment is weekly but first week is hold as deposit then you will be paid every Friday after that thank you.
