HOURS:
9:00a-8p shifts once the season gets going. Days are shorter at first because its not as busy.
We are picky who we bring on - only because we want an A-Team. This ad will renew until we find the right persons.

MUST be familiar/comfortable driving a truck and trailer with experience (this is "REQUIRED" for this position, NO exceptions.
being mechanically inclined is a plus.
You MUST be a problem solver.
You will be outside in the heat, plenty of shade but it's still hot the first half of the day
We are looking for a person who will work on the dock pushing skis out, bringing them in, keeping track of times they are do back, fueling jet skis up. They need to be able to handle pressure very well and stay focused, you'll also need to be organized and maintain good work ethics, pay attention to detail and not be in a rush. This is a very fast pace job and it doesn't require a genius but you do need to be active and also be able to make good decisions and basic problem solving. You WILL NEED TO drive the company truck and trailer when you work If you have a billion stories and can't stop yourself from talking all day instead of working, please don't apply. I appreciate you saving both of us time.
REQUIREMENTS:
Have your own reliable vehicle to get to work (not shared with someone else)
Be good with customers.
Have a "valid" license (NO EXCEPTIONS)
Have a clean driving record (doesn't need to be perfect)
Be RELIABLE
Trust worthy
Honest
Stay focused
Be able to say "I made a mistake" and fix it.
Be able to work as a team
Be able to accept constructive criticism
Take liability for your mistakes
Know how to control your anger/emotions
know how ot open your mouth and communicateIf you don't know how you feel, neither do it lol
Be self motivated (If i have to babysit you to get things done, save your time and don't apply)
We have a lot of fun here, but first comes work, This is a great job if your not a slacker.
And best of all, don't be a know it all about something you know nothing about.
