Flynn Management is looking to fill an open position for a Full Time Maintenance Technician to join our team for an apartment community in Ormond Beach, FL area. The ideal candidate(s) will have a minimum of 3 years similar experience, be self-motivated, able to work independently and own tools. Must have knowledge and "hand-on" experience of electronical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC and overall general repair knowledge. Shift is Monday thru Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm (1 hour lunch daily) plus available for on call emergency needs.
