Caretaker Needed for Bed-Bound Dementia Patient - Immediate Opening
Description: We are seeking a compassionate and experienced caretaker to provide dedicated care for a bed-bound dementia patient. The ideal candidate will be patient, empathetic, and skilled in assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADL).
Responsibilities:
Perform ADL tasks, including bathing, brushing teeth, repositioning, and changing bed linen.
Provide small hand feedings to the patient as needed.
Assist with changing and cleaning the patient.
Utilize proper procedures to clean the G-tube fitting.
Sanitize the catheter tube and perform other ADL-related duties.
Monitor and ensure the patient's comfort and well-being.
