Small residential assisted living in New Smyrna Beach, FL. We are a stress-free environment with up to 7 residents. Our home is very clean and pleasant.
As a member of our team, our caregiver will be responsible for:
Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, grooming, dressing, oral care
Assisting residents with transfers, mobility, and exercises
Assisting residents with medication administration/ reminder
Engaging in conversation, and offering companionship to our residents
Preparing light meals and light housekeeping
Documentation of daily resident’s care, activities, and any changes in the resident's condition.
Qualifications: The ideal candidate should:
be able to pass Level II background, be authorized to work in the US, be willing to train, and keep updated certifications.
be caring, compassionate, and interested in the well-being of seniors
has previous experience working with the elderly (preferably)
be an active listener and have strong communication and interpersonal skills
Salary:
$15/hr. - W2
