We are looking to top off our roster as busy season is already here and we can use a few more hands.
The positions are high volume and so recent experience in this style of cuisine is a must for us to even consider you application.
If you are applying for the Fry position you must have experience hand breading and frying various fish, Shrimp, Scallops & Oysters as well as Chicken. You must be able to maintain a clean work station while plating your food as well as frying hush puppies consistently throughout the day. (Everyone loves them)
If you are applying for the Sauté position you must have experience cooking shrimp, scallops & chicken in a pan. Applicants must be able to follow strict recipe guidelines while making some sauces in our dishes not only from scratch but to order as well. Applicants must be able to manage various seafood boils while also plating their own food.
