We're searching for a Front of House Restaurant Manager who has exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills, who takes initiative and enjoys solving problems. We're looking for someone who is confident dealing with high-volume, high-pressure situations and who has the ability to multitask, delegate tasks and resolve customer issues with tact and efficiency. Manage and lead the team, ensuring they always work to the expected standards and help promote a safe and enjoyable work environment.
Responsibilities:
This is a practical, hands-on role, with much of the working is with the staff and guests. Managing all facets of the front of the restaurant to ensure success.
Applicant must work fast with a sense of urgency, be able to handle a fast pace environment, while being friendly to guests and supportive of the team
Supports the proper execution of all processes, systems and standards to ensure the safety of all food served.
Adheres to scheduled shifts and is willing to stay beyond when business or circumstances dictate.
Set a high standard and good example for staff regarding punctuality, attendance and attitude and ensure these standards are always maintained.
Train and set a high standard and good example for staff regarding cleanliness and hygiene including a regular deep clean schedule.
Handling guest concerns and ensuring all guests have the best possible experience.
Participate in regular staff meetings and training as and when required.
