RESTAURANT GENERAL MANAGER RESTAURANT SHIFT MANAGER
The Wendy's Company is hiring management of all levels!
- General Manager : $55,000 to $65,000 + bonus + benefits
- Shift Manager : $14 to $17 per hour + benefits
Locations: Company-Owned / Corporate locations throughout Volusia County, including Daytona Beach, Ormond Beach, Port Orange, New Smyrna Beach, Debarry, DeLand, North Deland, Orange City, Deltona, Palm Coast, & Glencoe!

Key responsibilities vary based on position but can include:
- Effectively managing employees and team members
- Day to day operations of 1.5 million dollar restaurant
- Participate in training and development of all team members
- Objectively evaluate employee performance to determine coaching needs
- Assist with creating schedules within budget and time constraints
- Maintain employee files and documentation while maintaining confidentiality
- See that restaurant adheres to compliance policies at all times
- Other duties as assigned
Required:
- Recent restaurant management experience
- Ability to remain calm under stressful situations
- Self Motivated
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Mobility required during the entire shift (bending, twisting, etc.) along with the ability to lift up to 25 pounds
