Job description
Cook/Prep Cook Responsibilities
Cook to help run high volume Kitchen. Must understand all aspects of restaurant operations. Be self motivated and able to manage people when needed. Must be able to produce consistent high quality food for dinners, lunch and breakfast. Top Pay for elite experience.
Set up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies
Prepare food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, cutting chicken, or preparing sauces)
Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
Answer, report and follow instructions
Clean up station
Stock inventory appropriately
Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion
Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
Cook/Prep Cook Qualifications
Two year minimum kitchen experience
Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
