We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing exceptional administrative support and customer service. This position requires strong communication skills, proficiency in computer applications, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Duties
Provide outstanding customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and organizing files.
Utilize Google Suite for document creation, data management, and communication.
Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while handling incoming calls and messages.
Assist with the daily operations of the office, ensuring a welcoming environment for clients and visitors.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information, particularly in a medical receptionist capacity if applicable.
Collaborate with team members to improve office processes and enhance overall efficiency.
Type correspondence and other documents accurately and efficiently.
Qualifications
Proven experience in an administrative role or as a medical receptionist is preferred.
Strong customer support skills with the ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish is a plus.
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
High level of computer literacy with proficiency in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain accurate records.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team to achieve common goals.

Creating Job Files
Scanning
Assist with Scheduling
Checking emails
Must have the ability to multitask when needed.
Must be fast-paced, fast learner, and willing to learn new programs.
Must be reliable, friendly, with an outgoing personality.
Must be a Team Player, work closely with others, and willing to assist in other areas when needed.
Must be able to communicate professionally at all levels.
