Not looking for a resume: looking for a real person who wants to learn something new. I live in Ormond but Daytona or Ormond fine. I am getting MORE involved with timeshare rentals (business is good if you know how to do it) and need some help with at least one distinct piece. If you are young and want something that could last a lifetime working for yourself, I believe this is for someone who's phone and text friendly and can be fairly organized as needed (double bookings can ruin a good week!)
This job/internship will start out with very few hours as you get up to speed and learn the ropes but at some point in the next 5 - 10 years I will be looking for someone to take over the company that has all this and now grosses $200,000 a year and, with this new piece getting closer to $250,000 and looking to invest more money once more (and will explain how this affects the piece I'm looking to grow) to get to about $350,000 a year. You don't need a real estate license, and (imo) way more interesting. I work 7 days a week but have a lot of free time and can do what I do from anywhere. Great perks being able to work from anywhere staying at some great places. If you can enjoy a bit of organized chaos (or possibly help me make this a bit less chaotic) enjoy a lot of work without the camaraderie of a big company (enjoy time alone?), this might be for you.
