Job Title: Operations AssistantJob DescriptionThe Operations Assistant is responsible for managing the front desk and reception area, providing administrative support, and coordinating various tasks to ensure smooth operation of the office. This includes managing incoming calls, greeting visitors, processing mail, preparing deliveries, scheduling and arranging conference rooms, coordinating lunch meetings, maintaining cleanliness of common areas, distributing faxes, liaising with property management, maintaining contact lists, and ordering office supplies. The role also requires supporting other departments with reporting, data entry, and other administrative tasks as needed.Hard Skills
