Job Overview:As a Quality Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of web-based applications and services. This role involves overseeing the entire testing process, from planning and execution to defect management and reporting, focusing on accuracy, integrity, and consistency of data within the organization's Marketing lead systems.Your Responsibilities:
Develop, execute and document detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts; if needed, for software applications.
Perform manual and automated testing to identify, document, and track software defects.
Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand requirements and provide feedback.
Conduct functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
Verify fixes by re-testing software.
Analyze and troubleshoot issues to determine root cause and work with developers to confirm resolution.
Participate in cross-functional team meetings and provide constructive feedback.
Continuously improve QA methodologies, processes, and tools to enhance efficiency.

3-4 years of experience in QA testing
Bachelor's degree in statistics, mathematics, computer science, or a related field.
Strong understanding of software lifecycle
Knowledge in ASP.NET MVC and ASP.NET Core
Knowledge in front end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and Javascript, JQuery and React
Knowledge of data analysis tools such as MS SQL, PowerBI
Google Analytics 4 knowledge
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics or Salesforce
Knowledge and experience using Marketing Automation tools like HubSpot and Act-On
Proficient in MS Office Programs (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Experience using project management tools such as Asana
Incredibly organized and detail-oriented
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Customer-service mindset to solve issues
