- Proven experience as a Project Manager in blockchain or related industries.
- Strong understanding of Tron network, USDT TRC20 tokens, and blockchain technologies.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- PMP or similar certification is a plus.
- Lead and manage the Tron USDT support project, ensuring alignment with the roadmap and deadlines.
- Coordinate with the engineering team to design and implement the TRC20 integration within the IllumineX private wallet.
- Develop detailed project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and risk management.
- Act as the primary point of contact between internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
- Provide regular updates to leadership on project status, risks, and milestones.
- Ensure compliance with security and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
