Workshop: UNavarra workshop in FilmmakingTesponsible for assisting the lead instructor for this workshop in coordinating all course activities, overseeing all details, and ensuring effective communication among all participating instructors. Responsibilities include:Prepares and tracks letters of invitation for guest lecturers and internal guest instructorsSchedules and assists with student field tripsSupports lead instructors in preparing and implements class activitiesAssists with preparation of syllabus and course materialsUploads and disseminates course materials, including advance preparation and follow up evaluationFacilitates students' daily activities and supports communication between instructors and studentsAssists with guiding student collaboration and group projectsMinimum qualifications include:A Bachelors degree in communications- or media-related fieldMinimum 2 years of relevant experience.Demonstrated skills in completing assignments on time and accuratelyStrong problem-solving skills and ability to take initiativeAbility to organize and prioritize work while meeting deadlinesExcellent attention to detailStrong verbal and communication skillsAbility to work independently as well as in a collaborative environment.Proficiency with basic digital production skills and editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere).The University of Miami is an Equal Opportunity Employer - Females/Minorities/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities are encouraged to apply.
