Application Support Engineer

Description We are in the banking industry, located in Coral Gables, Florida, and we're searching for an Application Support Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role is integral to our operations, focusing on supporting our core banking systems, and effectively addressing customer inquiries. Responsibilities: Ensure the efficient processing of customer applications using T24 and Temenos systems. Keep an accurate record of customer interactions and transactions, using both Cisco and Citrix Technologies. Use Cloud Technologies and Dell Technologies to monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions. Provide excellent customer service by resolving customer inquiries promptly and professionally. Manage and maintain firewall technologies to ensure the security of customer information. Utilize Active Directory to manage user accounts and permissions. Oversee backup technologies to ensure data safety and integrity. Maintain and troubleshoot computer hardware as necessary. Ensure proper configuration management of systems and applications. Requirements Proficient in Cisco Technologies to ensure seamless network operations Familiarity with Citrix Technologies to facilitate remote access and virtualization Understanding of Cloud Technologies for data storage and accessibility Experience with Dell Technologies for system configuration and management Knowledge of Firewall Technologies to safeguard data and network security Proficiency in using Active Directory for network user and resource management Familiar with Backup Technologies to prevent data loss and ensure data recovery Expertise in Computer Hardware for troubleshooting and maintenance Experience in Configuration Management for system and software setup Exceptional Customer Service skills to resolve user issues and queries promptly and professionally Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.® Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
