Description We are seeking a Sr. Internal Auditor to join our team in the Events/Exhibitions industry based in Coconut Grove, Florida. As a Sr. Internal Auditor, you will be tasked with a variety of responsibilities relating to our accounting and auditing processes. This includes the use and understanding of various software systems and other related tools, with a focus on ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our business operations.Responsibilities: Utilize Accounting Software Systems to manage and process financial data Develop and implement Audit Programs to ensure compliance with financial regulations Analyze and optimize Business Systems for increased efficiency and accuracy Apply the principles of CobiT in the management of IT resources within the organization Use CRM systems to manage and analyze customer interactions and data Oversee Accounting Functions including financial transactions and reporting Present Audit Findings to relevant stakeholders and make recommendations for improvements Plan and execute Auditing processes based on organizational requirements Develop and implement Audit Plans to guide the auditing process Serve as a liaison to the Audit Committee, providing them with relevant audit findings and recommendations. Requirements Significant experience in the Events/Exhibitions industry Strong knowledge and understanding of accounting software systems Proficiency in developing and implementing audit programs Familiarity with business systems and their auditing processes Experience with CobiT framework for IT management and governance Proficiency in using CRM software for data management and analysis Broad understanding of accounting functions and their auditing Experience in presenting audit findings to audit committees Proficiency in planning, organizing, and executing audit plans Comprehensive understanding and experience in general auditing procedures Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
