Requirements8-10 Years of functional Payroll experienceAdvanced knowledge in understanding of business requirements, processes, business rules and implementation approaches HCM modules like Payroll, Taxes, HR, and BenefitsExtensive knowledge of business/federal/state rules and regulations for Payroll, taxes, earnings, deductions/withholdings, wage laws. etc.Strong understanding of garnishments, payments, timesheet management, FLSA, payroll codes, workmans compensation, union dues, loans, expense managementExposure PEO Payroll software is a huge PLUSExperience of working in Agile projects Roles and ResponsibilitiesPerform role as a Payroll Business Analyst for requirements gathering for development of Global Payroll systemEngage with customer to drive workshops/scope discussion to elicit comprehensive business requirements and define end-to-end payroll processes.
