Creative and positive mindset required with a desire to contribute to, initiate, and manage continuous improvement projects related to price lock processes while processing day to day activities. Knowledge of SAP is required. RESPONSIBILITIES

Identifying and driving opportunities that ensure the process will achieve performance objectives and improve overall process performance

Maintaining strong relationships with cross-functional counterparts

Acting as a key interface with internal, cross-functional stakeholders regarding pricing related issues for on-contract orders

Working on problems/tasks to improve PO compliance with contractual pricing

Identifying areas for improvement and communicating expectations to team members

Assessing risk and identifying root cause/corrective action opportunities related to PO Price Lock Review activity

Balancing tactical, analytical, and project based work

Finding solutions to a wide range of complex problems related to pricing issues and price lock processing

U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS

Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.MUST HAVE

Ability to work effectively in a cross functional environment; ISC, Operations, Procurement, Sourcing, etc., to achieve successful outcomes.

Ability to deliver in complex situations with minimal oversight

Ability to convey information with clarity across diverse and global teams

Ability to find creative solutions & make timely decisions even in the face of complexity and challenges

Strong presentation and communication skills

Ability to work in ambiguous circumstances and maintain a drive for compliance to required standards

WE VALUE

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Quality or Business Administration or related experience.

Advanced Excel proficiency, including formula creation and Pivot tables

3+ years of relevant experience in Supply Chain, Operations, Quality and/or program management

Business and financial acumen
