As an Inspector Level 2 (1st Shift) here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and compliance of our products. You will be responsible for conducting inspections to verify that products meet the required standards and specifications. Your attention to detail and expertise in quality control will contribute to the overall success of our operations. You will report directly to our Quality Manager and you'll work out of our Clearwater, FL location.In this role, you will impact the quality and reliability of our products, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of excellence. Your meticulous inspections will help identify any defects or non-conformities, allowing for timely corrective actions to be taken. By maintaining accurate records and documentation, you will contribute to the continuous improvement of our quality management system.Shift: 1st shift Monday - Friday; Starting Time 7:30am/8:00amKEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform final inspections in Clearwater Commercial shipping area to ensure product quality and compliance with standards and specifications.

Identify and document any defects or non-conformities and initiate corrective actions.

Maintain accurate records and documentation related to inspections.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement process improvements.

Participate in root cause analysis and problem-solving activities.

Support the development and implementation of quality control procedures and guidelines.

U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTSDue to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Citizen due to contractual requirements.YOU MUST HAVE

High School Diploma/GED equivalent

2+ years of experience in quality control or inspection role.

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.

Knowledge of quality control principles and practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

SAP experience

Microsoft Outlook and Teams experience

Knowledge of ISO 9001/AS9100 requirements

Nonconformance/QN generation

Knowledge of standard concepts, practices and procedures in quality control inspection field

Good analytical and creative problem-solving team skills

Ability to lift up to 35lbs.

Proactively and clearly communicate important, comprehensive, and specific information that others need.
