ABOUT THE ROLEThis position is for an Engineering Support Specialist I supporting Honeywell's Component Engineering department. You will be filling a critical role within the component engineering team in developing customer data deliverables such as Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs) and Subcontract Data Requirements Lists (SDRLs) for Defense and Space applications. Collect and process data deliverables from our EEE component suppliers to validate that they meet customer requirements. Interface with design teams to assure reliable application of parts as well as with suppliers to assess part performance. Coordinate discrete task assignments to the Component Engineering team and track progress through development of actionable metrics.RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage EEE Component Data for Customer Deliverable Reports
Processing Engineering Change Orders and Document Releases
Perform EEE Component Data Review
Travel within US and/or internationally may be required - 10%

Associate Technical Degree
2+ year experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
2+ years of experience supporting documentation processing and/or configuration management
1+ years of experience in an engineering/manufacturing environment
Ability to read, write and speak English.

Bachelor degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematic.
SAP knowledge/ experience
Electronics background
Some experience in engineering
Flexible and open, ability to adapt to changing systems, processes, and projects
Good interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively with other individuals in a team or project setting.
