Description We are in the process of expanding our team and are currently in search of an Administrative Assistant in Clearwater, Florida. This role will play a crucial part in our daily operations, including the processing of customer applications, maintaining customer records, and resolving customer inquiries. Responsibilities: Efficiently handle customer applications and ensure accuracy in processing Maintain and manage comprehensive customer records Resolve customer inquiries in a timely and detail-oriented manner Monitor customer accounts regularly and undertake necessary actions Use Microsoft Excel to create spreadsheets for tracking information Provide dependable support to the team and contribute to our home services industry operations Communicate effectively over the phone with customers and team members Display quick learning abilities to adapt to our unique industry-specific software.This is a permanent position that will pay up to $25 per hour depending upon experience. Please apply to Jane Gearhart if interested! Requirements Role: Administrative Assistant Applicant must possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a mandatory requirement. Candidate must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential. Ability to multi-task and prioritize work effectively is a must. Candidate should have a proactive approach and the ability to work independently. Experience in handling confidential information with discretion is necessary. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business administration or a related field is preferred. The candidate should have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Applicant must have excellent problem-solving skills. Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles is advantageous.
