Mergers and AcquisitionsCloud MigrationPrivate EquityVender ManagementConstruction/Manufacturing IndustryResponsibilities Develop and lead implementation of IT vision in support of platform Manage IT spending across the platform, including divisional allocations, selecting best in breed hardware and software solutions Serve as IT leader on integration projects as acquisitions are integrated in to the platform Design and implement an IT service model, including where appropriate, utilizing managed service providers to provide optimal service levels to users Design and implement optimized consolidated and divisional hardware solutions Design and implement optimized consolidated and divisional security solutions Lead improved field data availability through process design and with enhanced IT tools that empower operators with timely and accurate information Analyze evolving business requirements by partnering with key stakeholders across the organization to develop solutions for IT needs. Qualifications For Vice President - Information Technology Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience 15+ years of experience working in IT management including 10+ years in leadership roles reporting directly to firm leadership Demonstrated experience building a platform with demonstrated success in integrating acquisitions in to the platform Demonstrated experience delivering improved IT tools to operators Demonstrated experience building an IT team with evidence of improved security and cost savings achieved in the implementation Excellent working knowledge of computer systems, security, network and systems administration, databases and data storage systems Background in fast paced working environments, including past experience in organizations with rapid growth and scale ups Construction / Manufacturing experience required 10% - 20% travel required Contact: [email protected]This job and many more are available through The Judge Group.
