Traveling Apartment Maintenance

Looking for experienced trades person to renovate and turn apartments between tenants. Multiple locations spanning from Lake Worth, FL to Lake City, FL, with heavy focus on the Lake Wales and Sebring area, middle of the state. I am NOT looking for a "subcontractor" who will want to be paid by the job; we need a full time maintenance person, and we may provide a work van with tools, if needed, for you to travel daily from your home base to one or more apartment units to trash out, clean, paint, repair, or address maintenance issues in occupied units. A typical day might include clearing a clogged bathtub drain, changing AC filters, replacing broken glass in a window, or addressing a leaky faucet. As far as property turnovers, tenants move out and often leave old furniture that needs to be discarded, then the unit would need a broken door changed, a damaged bathroom vanity and faucet changed, smoke detector replaced, some drywall repair, maybe a few new light fixtures, exterior pressure wash, interior paint, repair to an electric stove, etc. Some properties are on well and septic, so if you have plumbing and electric skills, that's a plus as well. We need you to be able to lift 50 lbs from the ground and into a truck. Having the skill to pull a trailer behind a truck is also helpful. Bilingual is a BIG plus as well.
