Drywall
Painters interior /exterior
Pressure washer
Doors
Windows
Light electric fans lights etc
Light plumbing
Bathrooms basic 12x24 tile,
Kitchens ( prefab cabinets already built/ granite co handled)
Flooring lvt/lvp
The worker must have experience in bathrooms, R&R divertors , wall tile , tubs , toilets , vanity’s.
Pay is based on experience and/or piece work for specific jobs.
Must have all own tools.wet saw, grinder etc.
Must have transportation.
Must be reliable.
Must have communication skills. Meaning if u don’t answer your phone or texts, do not contact me.
For all trades requiring permits/license we have contractors.
Pay is based on proven experience $25 hourly/piece
