What You'll Do:
Assist with creating and managing moving estimates for clients
Take initiative in expanding business operations by supporting various projects and bringing new ideas
Help solve problems and improve processes for smoother business operations
Develop marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement
Help with customer service and ensure smooth communication with clients
Collaborate on business development ideas to continue growing our company
Requirements:
Must have reliable transportation
A proactive attitude, with the ability to take initiative and solve problems independently
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Knowledge of or willingness to learn marketing strategies (especially social media)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
Excellent communication and people skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Prior experience in customer service, admin work, or marketing is a plus
