Manage monthly accounting close procedures and deliverables (journal entries, reconciliations, reports) in compliance with GAAP
Realize compliance with corporate accounting policies and procedures and controls by working with business partners
Compose Balance Sheet account reconciliations
Be a part of various department-wide initiatives
Build analysis on financial results (trends, performance metrics, benchmarks)
Bring a daily dedication to continuously improve the automation of the accounting and reporting process
Work with internal and external auditors to coordinate quarterly reviews and testing
Ad-hoc projects as necessary
Ready monthly consolidated P& L and Balance Sheet flux analysis for management reporting Requirements - Self-starter and strong ethical standards
Ability to work in a dynamic and changing environment
Ability and willingness to meet business critical deadlines
Proven ability to work and communication well with manager-level associates
Minimum 5-7 years of overall general accounting experience
Deep understanding of internal controls and SOX compliance
Auditing experience
Expertise in international taxes
Experience with Income Tax Accounting
Demonstrated knowledge of account reconciliation
Modeling Techniques experience highly valued
Comprehensive knowledge of Cash Activity
Good understanding of Lead Special Projects
Prior experience with Work Papers
Consolidations experience highly preferred
Background working with Balance Sheet Account
ASC 740 experience highly desired
Comprehension of Disclosures
SEC Reporting experience desired
Earlier work involving Cash Flow Analysis
General familiarity with Tax Accounting
Workstation Support experience preferred
Hands-on experience with Ad Hoc Analysis
Adeptness in Perform Ad Hoc Financial
Previous experience working with Expense Account
Foundational knowledge in Sarbanes Oxley Control
Quarterly experience highly desired
Review experience preferred
Proficiency in Tax Provisions
Practical knowledge of forecasting
Tax Planning Strategies experience preferred
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are a must
BA/BS in Accounting, CPA credentials are desired
Top notch analytical, quantitative and social skills
Proficient at analyzing financial data and promptly creating accurate reports
Experience with ERP systems
