Finance and Accounting Associate

The Finance Department is seeking a Finance Associate - Reporting who will be responsible for assisting in the budgeting, forecasting, commissions, accounts payable, journal entries, data gathering, reporting, assisting with all ad-hoc requests, as well as contributing improvements to established processes within the role. If you thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, come join us!About the Day-to-Day Responsibilities of the RoleAssist in monthly and quarterly commissionsAssist with month-end close duties and completion of journal entriesProcess invoices for Accounts PayableProcess Purchase Orders for ProcurementAssist in pulling together information for budget and forecastingAssist in Creating monthly presentations of P&L detailsProvide assistance and/or manage a variety of ad-hoc initiatives, including but not limited to process enhancements, revenue reconciliations, reporting, audits, etc.
