- Bachelor's Degree.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Workday HRIS analyst supporting HCM, Payroll and business process configuration required
- 2+ years of experience in Human Resources with strong knowledge of the functional areas of Human Resources required.
- 1+ year experience in reporting tools and techniques for HR related data for large organizations, including the ability to understand business requirements and user needs and translate them into operational requirements.
- Advanced knowledge and experience with Workday Report Writer.
- Prior experience with data privacy, audit controls and other regulatory requirements.
- Advanced proficiency with MS Excel, including pivot tables, vlookups and formulas.
- Strong project management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently and meet deadlines amidst conflicting demands.
- Team player who adapts to a fast moving and dynamic working environment.
- Design and maintain system configuration and provide HR system administration, data analytics and support.
- Work closely with the Corporate system administration team and the PMO team to plan, manage and deliver project integrations and upgrades from initiation through post implementation support, including requirements, configuration, testing and deployment.
- Develop a change management process to ensure that all changes, updates and Workday releases are tracked, tested, approved and properly implemented into production.
- Maintain proper change management documentation to meet internal and external audit control requirements.
- Provide development and governance over reporting to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Manage reporting and analytics and design dashboards and custom reports that support HR processes and communicate key metrics.
