They will represent product domain(s) to peers, managers and executives across the company and to external audiences and will be seen as a central point for customer understanding. They will work closely with the delivery team in prioritizing new features and responding to customer issues/feedback. This individual will effectively mentor and informally lead cross-functional team members.Position can be remote in the US or hybrid from one of our offices.Responsibilities

Gathering, evaluating, and has a solid understanding of customer use cases. Maintains close contact with customers to gain a sense for where the market is heading given multiple considerations. Understands competitors and regulatory environment.

Leveraging metrics to track progress on customer needs and ensures that product efforts move those metrics. Is proficient at pulling and accessing data from multiple sources, and managing through data ambiguity. Identifies the most important data to consider and sets KPIs, priorities and dashboards. Develops multiple hypothesis-driven product evaluation strategies. Is comfortable to take an analytical, data-driven approach for situations where rigorous data sets are unavailable.

Developing clear go to market launch plans through coordinated development with external customer facing teams such as marketing and sales. Develops or supports pricing strategy, if applicable. Is independently accountable for portions of launch and strategy execution as assigned. Drives process and external communication for products at different stages. Supports and participates in business strategic planning, contributing to sales and business development strategy.

Having a thorough understanding of the broader product experience and uses this knowledge to develop comprehensive prototypes. Drives key end-to-end lifecycle components, from planning to release. Has an understanding of the company's SDLC processes, including agile processes. Writes clear requirements for complex features or products and is responsive to requests for clarifications. Manages product without direct supervision, involving manager or other senior leaders only when appropriate.

Developing a product vision and roadmap aligned with business strategy, the individual communicates across critical stakeholders and emphasizes the need for a return on investment while preparing an operating budget. They leverage knowledge of competitors to inform product decisions, write business cases for investment, and utilize data to drive commercial decisions and growth opportunities. Understand the company's technology stack at a high level, utilize or extend the company's platform for new product features. Speak knowledgeably with tech counterparts, and analyze data using existing software packages for informed decision-making.

Developing new ideas to improve processes or products and prepares implementation plans. Integrate and build on new ideas from others, creating new opportunities by applying different perspectives and inspiring the status quo, thus being recognized as an innovative thinker.

Providing clear instructions and direction, listens, and communicates business context to foster cooperation within the team. Achieving objectives requiring collaboration across the organization, resolve conflicts, and seek opportunities for inter-team collaboration. Establishing rapport across teams, the individual works effectively, treats all with respect, and minimizes conflict. Inspiring high performance, support others, and foster a supportive environment for development, while advocating for individuals and encouraging personal ownership of development.

Communicating expectations clearly, follows through on commitments to ensure successful completion and promotes a good sense of urgency to achieve goals. Building commitment in others for their individual and team objectives.

Requirements

Have a minimum of 8+ years of Product Management experience. Ideal industries in Fraud, Risk Management, Analytics, or Machine Learning.

Have Masters degree education in technical subject (Computer Science or Engineering discipline) is ideal, but not essential.

Have knowledge in fraud analytics, including Account Takeover, Social Engineering, and Chargebacks is ideal.

Experience in long-term ownership and success in leading product lifecycle strategy and planning, including the release of multiple products and features.

Demonstrate development of deep customer relationships that drive meaningful dialogue about the future direction of a product.
