Sr. Accountant

Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Sr. Accountant in Boca Raton, Florida. As part of our team, your role will involve a range of tasks, primarily focusing on financial operations within the commercial real estate investment industry. Responsibilities: Ensuring all accounting procedures comply with regulations and laws Undertaking balance sheet reconciliations and bank reconciliations Conducting account reconciliation to identify discrepancies Developing and maintaining the general ledger system Preparing and posting journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded Utilizing Microsoft Excel for data analysis and financial reporting Overseeing month-end close processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting Proficiently utilizing NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, and MRI software for various accounting tasks Continuously improving knowledge of industry trends and changes in regulations. Requirements Must possess strong skills in Account Reconciliation Proficiency in Balance Sheet Reconciliation is required Must have experience in performing Bank Reconciliations Comprehensive understanding and experience with General Ledger Ability to prepare and analyze Journal Entries is needed Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential Experience in Month End Close processes is required Must have hands-on experience with NetSuite Proficiency in using Oracle software is necessary SAP knowledge and experience is required Experience with MRI is a plus Proficiency in using MRI Software is highly desirableYardi experience highly desirableRobert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
