Program Manager - Retail Systems

OverviewThe Program Manager, Retail Systems is responsible for the management of Office Depot retail systems. Responsibilities include system(s) planning, integration and functionality expertise. This position will work closely with the retail organization to develop and drive business initiatives as they relate to systems.Primary Responsibilities: The Program Manager, Retail Systems, is responsible for the chain-wide reliability, performance, and usability of Retail Systems. To be successful in this role, incumbent should be able to apply process excellence methodology to problem solving and prepare upward communication and business requirement for recommended system enhancements for Office Depot's retail stores. Incumbent will oversee chain-wide retail systems upgrades and partner with cross functional stakeholders to achieve desired results in regards to system deployment and execution. Incumbent will update and maintain all pertinent standard operating procedures in relation to their assigned systems.
