Physician Recruiter - Dermatology

Actively sources experienced derm practitioner candidates using standard and creative strategies in target markets. Primary sourcing responsibilities will be contacting undeveloped leads through cold calling, emailing and social media.Source and nurture relationships with prospective Dermatologists and Physician Extenders that ultimately lead to a decision by them to join an ID practice.Actively pursue prospective candidates with integrity and a mission of getting signed contracts from candidates.        Coordinate sourcing efforts w/ Seeker team to avoid duplicate recruiting effort.Coordinate sourcing efforts with respective regional VP Operations to have them assist in providing critical practice information and assisting with closing on the candidate
