Ethically managing the entire sales process is essential to promote our state-of-the-art products.RESPONSIBILITIES

Initiate and conduct sales calls, delivering compelling product presentations to surgeons, nursing staff, surgical assistants, and hospital administration.

Develop and execute a strategic and tactical sales plan, focusing on achieving sales quotas and objectives.

Exceed territory sales quotas for both equipment and disposables.

Prioritize sales opportunities using effective time management skills and sound business judgment.

Maintain accurate and timely account lists and information.

Provide surgical procedure and technical product support in the surgical suite, ensuring excellent customer service.

Collaborate with the company's home office through field sales reporting, conference calls, and attendance at sales meetings.

Adhere to all corporate policies, procedures, and ethical guidelines.

Uphold vendor credentialing policies in healthcare facilities within the territory.

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum three (3) years of successful experience in medical device sales.

At least two (2) years of experience in the target market segment.

Bachelor of Arts/Science from an accredited university.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Polished presentation skills with public speaking ability.

Comprehensive knowledge of company products and the competitive market.

Understanding of Operating Room protocols.

Proven ability to develop and maintain key customer relationships.

Strong sense of urgency to achieve goals and objectives.

Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, or equivalent.

Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

Willingness to travel for work when required.

Demonstrated compliance with necessary administrative functions, including the ability to lift at least 40 lbs.
