As a CSR, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support. Your responsibilities will include handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email. Assist clients with policy-related questions and concerns. Process policy changes, renewals, and claims. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient service delivery. Requirements:
240 or 215 License Requirement
Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with insurance products and terminology is a plus.
Ability to work well in a team environment.
