Full Charge Bookkeeper

Description We are seeking a Full Charge Bookkeeper in Boca Raton, Florida, for an international client within the service and academia industry. The role involves managing all aspects of accounting functions, such as handling accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR), performing bank reconciliations, and executing billing functions. This role requires a high level of proficiency in QuickBooks, and Payroll software. Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Office Suites.Responsibilities: Oversee all accounting operations, including accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) Regularly perform bank reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records Manage billing functions to ensure timely and accurate invoicing Utilize Accounting Software Systems effectively to maintain financial data and generate reports Leverage third party payroll processor - Financial Services for payroll processing and other financial services Use Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suites for data analysis and presentation Respond promptly and accurately to customer credit inquiries Monitor customer credit accounts and take necessary actions for delinquent payments Maintain accurate customer credit records to ensure clear financial tracking Process customer credit applications with precision and efficiency.Requirements Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems Experience with ADP - Financial Services Proficient in Microsoft Excel Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suites Proficient in Microsoft Outlook Ability to perform Accounting Functions Experience in handling Accounts Payable (AP) Experience in managing Accounts Receivable (AR) Solid understanding of Bank Reconciliations Experience with Billing Functions Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
