Enterprise Architect

Provides design recommendations based on long-term IT organization strategy andupdates the enterprise’s architecture to effectively support the business strategy. Develops enterprise level application and custom integration solutions, including majorenhancements and interfaces, functions, and features. Uses a variety of platforms to provide automated systems applications to customers. Provides expertise regarding the integration of applications across the business. Determines specifications, then plans, designs, and develops complex and business critical software solutions, utilizing appropriate software engineering processes individually or in concert with the project team. Develop programming and development standards, procedures, and programmingarchitectures for code reuse. Possesses in-depth knowledge of state-of-the-art programming languages and object oriented approaches in designing, coding, testing, and debugging programs. Understandsand consistently applies the attributes and processes of current application developmentmethodologies. Researches and maintains knowledge of emerging technologies and applications to thebusiness. Establishes and implements standards and guidelines that guide the design of technologysolutions, including architecting and implementing solutions requiring the integration ofmultiple platforms, operating systems, and applications across the Department. Serves as a technical expert and critical technical resource across multiple disciplines. Reviews, advises, and designs standard software and hardware builds, system options,risks, costs vs. benefits, and impact on the enterprise business process and goals for thetoll collection system or other Department business systems. Develops and documents the framework for integration and implementation of changes totechnical standards Acts as an internal consultant, advocate, mentor, and change agent.About TEKsystems: We're partners in transformation.
