• Develop toll operations research program incorporating current developments to improve existing products and evaluate the potential of new products that meet the enterprise business and IT architecture goals.
• Develop a pipeline for identifying, testing, and acquiring new technologies and products.
• Determine and execute improved technologies used by suppliers, competitors, and customers.
• Support Florida's Turnpike Enterprise leadership to develop a program to be implemented and led by staff.
• Suggest training tools to enhance employee performance and skill development.
• Setup initial team metrics and objectives, ensuring meeting of goals.
• Recommend testing procedures for assessing new products and services and how products may be integrated within Florida's Turnpike Enterprise systems and operations.
• Provide Transportation and non-transportation industry experience.

• A minimum of 10 years of IT and business/industry work experience including architecture design and deployment, systems lifecycle management and infrastructure planning and operations, with 3 years of leadership experience in managing multiple, large, cross-functional teams or projects, and influencing senior level management and key stakeholders.
