Cost Accountant

Description We are inviting applications for the role of a Cost Accountant, located in Boca Raton, Florida. This role is central to our operations, focusing on both cost accounting and the construction industry. You will be part of a dynamic team and will have the opportunity to contribute to our ongoing success.Responsibilities: Undertake cost accounting tasks, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all processes. Work within the construction sector, applying cost accounting principles to this specific industry context. Utilize large ERP systems and Excel for various accounting tasks and operations. Analyze and interpret complex financial data and use this information to inform business decisions. Manage and maintain accurate customer credit records. Process customer credit applications efficiently, ensuring all customer inquiries are resolved. Monitor customer credit accounts, taking appropriate action to collect delinquent payments when necessary. Contribute to budget processes, providing accurate and relevant financial data. Utilize your skills in Cost Analysis, Cost Management, and Cost Models to provide insights and recommendations. Implement and manage Accounting Software Systems and ERP Solutions to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
