Beacon Hill Technologies is seeking a Bilingual Business Operations Analyst for a contract to hire position in Palm Beach County. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a high attention to detail, and ability to work with a wide variety of teams. You should also be well versed with MS Office, Outlook, and have strong communication and interpersonal skills.

You will be responsible for quality as it relates to compliance, investigations to ensure accuracy, and source monitoring through various channels including media and news reports.

This role requires excellent customer service and response skills as you'll be interfacing with internal teams and external clients. You will join a team and will be responsible for managing a high-volume outlook inbox that requires SLA responses for both sales and client email inquiries. Candidates should enjoy research, reading, and be able to interface and communicate with a wide variety of business teams to include sales, operations, and/or technology teams.

You'll be supporting research teams working in the Asia/Pacific Islander Region of the world, so candidates who have an interest or desire to follow world and political events in these regions are desired. A business fluency in either Chinese or Japanese is also required for the position.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

Answer sales and client email and other inquiries pertaining to database policy and content;
Analyze media and government sources for relevant content for retrieval and continual monitoring;
Analyze and prepare database and production related reports and make data driven decisions;
Assist and Supervise offshore teams in regard to content policies, project coordination, and productivity;
Attend and conduct internal meetings with offshore teams, management and other internal stakeholders and clients;
Assist in the review and interpretation of region-specific laws and regulations, especially Anti-Money Laundering Laws pertaining to financial crimes, politically exposed persons, and terrorism.
