A Restaurant To-Go Host is the first and last point of contact with guests at a restaurant and is responsible for diligently and efficiently overseeing takeout and delivery service. This position is known as a Sales Associate at Eataly. Reports to the Restaurant Manager.Receives to-go orders for restaurants and accurately inputs them into the system Takes, processes and packages delivery ordersAssists customers with food options and any questions regarding the menuEnsures takeout and delivery orders are provided to the assigned customerProvides friendly and prompt servicePerforms other duties as required or assigned
