Cash Operations Lead

The Cash Operations Lead is responsible for Eataly’s cash management initiatives, cash operation coordination, day-to-day cashier support and training. The Cash Operations Lead ensures the efficiency of cash operations at Eataly, collaborating with the Information Technology team to maintain the Point Of Sale (POS) system from an operational point of view.Reports to the General Manager of Retail.Manages all cash operation functions coordinating with and assisting all the storesManages Point Of Sale (POS) relationships in collaboration with the IT departmentTrains stores cashiersManages cash reconciliation and store auditsProvides assistance to the IT department for retail programs and operational system maintenanceManages POS vendorsOversees POS Applications Master Data ManagementImplements and supports cash operations for new store openingsPerforms other duties as required or assigned
